Im a mum to two little humans, a husband & two dogs.
I was never into moving my body much at all, going to the gym and exercise were what other people did!
Long story short big baby weight gain led to running, running led to yoga and yoga led to an entirely different outlook and attitude on life. Literally!
I love helping people DO LIFE BETTER both physically & mentally through the practice of yoga.
Yoga is not matching tight yoga sets & pretzel like poses (well it can be) it is a door inwards to yourself. it’s for all shapes, sizes and abilities which is why I’m very passionate about modifying the poses to the individual body which you will see in class.

I started my yoga journey around 8 years ago when I was looking for something to help stretch out my muscles after all the running. At first I didn't even realise there was anything to yoga other than stretches and some really cool looking poses. Little did I know. I attended my first yoga class and have never looked back. I left my first session feeling light and relaxed as well as physically challenged. Yoga has now become a part of my everyday life; both physically and spiritually. It's
cheesy BUT Yoga has literally helped me DO LIFE BETTER!
I’ve since completed a 200hr Anusara immersion & teacher training course at London’s Triyoga with Bridget Woods Kramer. I am also trained to teach Meditation, Pregnancy Yoga, modified Rocket Yoga, Yin Yoga and mandala yoga.
Continuously learning and developing!
I like to incorporate relevant themes into my classes and focus on the breath with movement. I like to flow with grace and open the heart to life’s endless possibilities. I think the mind is just as important as the body so I like to bring attention and stillness to the mind in my classes too.
