Pregnancy Yoga Bundle
A bundle of 5 Pregnancy Yoga Flows designed for mamma to be. These sessions are between 35 and 50 minutes long and are designed with me time for mum in mind. No previous yoga experience is required for these gentle classes that will keep you moving throughout your pregnancy while finding that much needed time for YOU! These sessions can be done once a week or daily, it’s totally up to you! As they are all under the hour you will still find time to fit in a cheeky cuppa before the hour is up. Moving your body and finding stillness for your mind during this special time.
